IL.1.0 (Freedom Of Speech And Actions)

All players shall be able to say and do anything in the Discord and Minecraft servers whether in call, chat, or in game presence, as long as it does not infringe on IL.1.1 thru IL.1.4.

IL.1.1 (Antidiscrimination)

Free speech and actions may not be used to discriminate against other players based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, or political affiliation.

IL.1.2 (Antioffense)

Free speech and actions may not be used in any matter that is commonly considered offensive. Examples would be derogatory terms and racial stereotyping.

IL.1.3 (Antilbullying)

Free speech and actions may not be used to cyberbully other players. Cyberbullying is the repeated act of being mean to another player despite being told to stop.

IL.1.4 (Appropriate Behavior)

Free speech and actions may not be used in an inappropriate manner. This includes sexual messages, item names, usernames, signs, and anything else that holds text.

IL.2.0 (Murder)

Players shall not kill another player. Permission must be provided by the other player in order for them to be killed.

IL.3.0 (Property Protection)

Protected property consists of builds, items, pets, and animals. Altering any without the property owner’s consent is prohibited.

IL.3.1 (Build Protections)

Protections for builds are any alteration to the structural or visual elements of that structure. Creeper explosions, intentional or not, must be worked out with the player who caused it before enacting the legal system for help.

IL.3.2 (Trespassing Protections)

If a player is causing a disturbance, they may be asked to leave. Anything they do afterwards may fall under other property violations. If a player is asked at least three times to leave, the property owner may kill the player, but may not loot the grave, as any theft must be proven first in court.

IL.3.3 (Item Protections)

Protections for items are those of theft from containers, unprotected graves, and accidental item drops. Prior permission is needed for graves, or alternatively co-ownership for containers.

IL.3.4 (Pet Definition and Protections)

A pet is defined as any animal with a name tag or is part of the species of cat, wolf, parrot, or horse. Players may not kill or repeatedly harm another’s pet(s).

IL.3.5 (Animal Definition and Protections)

A player’s animal is classified as an animal in a contained space and does not meet the pet qualifications under IL.2.3. Players may not kill, repeatedly harm, or release another’s animal(s). All animals must be enclosed or leashed to a fence. Animals that are not enclosed or leashed will be assumed as wild and can be killed or taken.

IL.4.0 (End Fight)

All players not in a nation’s prison approved by the International Agency have the right to attend the initial end fight. Players may not enter a stronghold or go to the end until all eligible players that have opted in have grouped up.

IL.4.1 (Time Limits)

After the first request players will have 30 days to opt into the end fight. After that the players will have 7 days to vote on a date within the upcoming 30 days to do the fight. If an opted-in player doesn’t respond within 4 days, they will be removed from the decision making process. After the date is voted, it can’t be changed and anyone at this point can choose whether or not to participate.

IL.5.0 (Anticheat)

No hacks or other forms of cheating may be used. This includes hacked clients, external programs, or other forms of benefits that are not provided with the custom features added.

IL.6.0 (Antiabuse)

The Server Owner, Admins, Prison Guards, or any other player with high authority shall not abuse their abilities. All players shall be treated with equal respect. Use of admin privileges for free money, items, or any other advantages will also carry the charges under IL.5.0 for two separate charges.

IL.7.0 (War Requirements)

After starting or entering a war set forth by the International Agency’s War Procedures, a nation must follow the elements described here.

IL.7.1 (Reasoning)

Each nation must have their reason for entry.

IL.7.2 (Banner Identification)

All sides must have their own unique banner that all players must have on their shields. Multiple nations can have the same banner if they are on the same allied force.

IL.7.3 (Neutral Protections)

Nations at war cannot damage, include, or fight on a neutral nation unless they are declaring war on them as well.
